Role areas
Where we hire
We do not always have open positions, but we always read a good application. These are the four areas where people join us.
Manufacturing engineering
Die design, process development and troubleshooting on heading, threading and coating lines. You will spend more time at the machine than at the desk.
Quality engineering
Control plans, PPAP, gauge studies, nonconformance investigation and customer audits. The job is to make the record match the process, not to write reports after the fact.
Production supervision
Running a size band or a process area: schedule, changeover, first-off inspection, operator training and the daily output against plan.
Technical sales support
Reading drawings, preparing quotations and answering engineering questions from customers in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Every plant says it values quality and teamwork. These are the specific behaviours we hold people to.

Learn the machine, not just the software
A process engineer who has never set a die will make decisions that look correct on a chart and fail at the press.

Say when you do not know
A wrong answer given confidently costs more than a question asked early. This applies to engineering, quality and sales equally.

Fix the process, not the operator
When something goes wrong, the first question is what allowed it to happen, not who did it.

Document it or it did not happen
A change that is not recorded will be reversed by the next shift. Records are part of the work, not paperwork after it.

- Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (GMT+7)
- Production roles may run shift patterns
- Working languages: Bahasa Indonesia and English
