Who we are
The hard part is not making a screw. It is making the same screw a million times.
Anyone can turn a micro screw on a lathe. Producing one at volume, with a head concentric to within 0.03 mm, a drive recess that does not deform after fifty thousand engagements, and a coating that measures the same at the thread root as on the head — that is a process problem, not a machining problem.
We built the plant around that problem. The die shop is in the building because punch geometry changes need to happen in hours, not weeks. The coating line is in the building because a finish that leaves the site is a finish nobody can investigate. The laboratory is in the building because a salt spray result that arrives three weeks late is a post-mortem, not a control.

Four principles that shape the plant
These are operating decisions rather than values on a wall. Each one has a cost, and we accept it because it produces a better part.

Narrow, on purpose
We make fasteners below M6 and almost nothing else. That focus is why our tooling, our inspection equipment and our people are all oriented to the same problem — instead of a plant that treats small parts as filler work between larger orders.

One site, one chain
Forging, heat treatment, coating, precoating, sorting and packing happen in the same building. A lot does not travel between suppliers, which means no undocumented handoffs and no tolerance lost in transit.

Engineering before price
Every quotation starts with a review of the drawing and the joint. If a callout is unachievable or unnecessary, we say so before quoting — because a price for the wrong part is not a useful price.

Records, not assurances
Every lot is traceable to a wire heat number, a heat treatment chart, a coating batch and a sorter reconciliation. When a customer asks a question six months later, the answer is in a document.

Why Indonesia
Close to the assembly line, not to the head office
Electronics and robotics manufacturing in Southeast Asia has grown faster than the fastener supply chain around it. Parts are often designed in one country, assembled in another, and shipped from a third — with weeks of lead time between each step.
Being in Bekasi shortens that chain. A design change can be discussed, sampled and validated inside one time zone, and a production issue can be investigated on the floor rather than over a video call.
