Torx Drive Anti-Loosening Screws with Nylon Patch
This screw combines a high-performance drive with a locking system that is built into the thread. It is cold-headed from premium alloy steel, then a nylon patch is applied to the thread in production, so the locking feature is present on every part.
When the screw is driven in, the nylon patch is compressed and creates controlled prevailing torque — friction that resists the rotation which vibration and impact would otherwise cause.
