Product Description

The Magnetic Expansion Sealing Plug seals a process hole and does something useful while it is there: it removes metallic debris from the system fluid. An integrated high-strength magnetic core attracts and holds ferrous particles that circulate through the fluid.

Those particles are not harmless. Metallic contamination causes abrasive wear in pumps, valves and bearings, and in electrical systems conductive dust can create short-circuit risks. Capturing the debris at the plug keeps the fluid cleaner and extends component life, particularly in transmissions and powertrains where wear particles are generated continuously.

Sealing performance remains uncompromising: the plug closes the process hole permanently to an IP68 rating, protecting the internal environment from water and dust ingress as well as from contamination generated inside it.
