Multifunctional Sealing & Anti-Loosening Screw
This version of the multifunctional sealing screw places the anti-loosening function and the sealing function in one engineered part. Vibration resistance comes from a pre-applied adhesive on the thread or from a specialized locking element, so the screw stays tight without liquid threadlocker being applied during assembly.
Sealing is provided by a ring integrated beneath the head or positioned along the threads. When the screw is tightened the ring is compressed and closes the clearance between the parts, achieving IP68 ingress protection — the joint resists both dust and prolonged water immersion.
