The Spline Nylon Washer is a functional component rather than a simple spacer. An internal spline mates with the shaft, so the washer turns with the shaft instead of slipping on it — rotation is synchronized and the washer holds a defined position in the assembly.

Moulded from high-performance toughened nylon by precision injection moulding, the part absorbs shock and reduces noise in mechanisms.
