0.6mm CM Ultra-Thin Head Serrated Anti-Loosening Micro Screw
The 0.6mm Serrated Anti-Loosening Micro Screw solves two problems in miniature assemblies at the same time: height and loosening. The head profile is only 0.6mm thick, so the fastener takes up almost no vertical space inside a slim device, and the underside of the head carries a fine serrated pattern.
When the screw is tightened, those serrations bite into the mating surface and increase friction between head and part. The resulting resistance to rotation is mechanical rather than chemical: it holds the screw against vibration without threadlocker, which keeps assembly clean and allows the joint to be reworked without cleaning adhesive residue.
The threads are formed by micro-diameter cold-heading, which produces complete, well-filled thread profiles even at very small sizes. Consistent thread form means predictable engagement torque and holding force, which is what makes a small fastener dependable in vibration-heavy miniature products.
Widely used in smart wearables, ultra-thin smartphone mid-frames, precision micro-motors and minimally invasive medical instruments, these screws suit internal precision structures with minimal clearance and continuous high-frequency vibration.
They meet the dual requirements of modern micro-manufacturing: extreme space efficiency and dependable long-term retention. Typical uses include sensor mounts, lens carriers and micro-drive assemblies where every tenth of a millimeter counts.
