Bonding Studs — Torx Multi-Tooth Base
This bonding stud builds on the adhesive-bonded concept with a distinctive Torx multi-tooth base. The toothed geometry spreads the adhesive over a far larger contact area than a flat base and, once cured, interlocks mechanically with the bond line, so loads are shared between chemical adhesion and physical engagement. A high-strength threaded pin rises from the base, and tight control of base flatness keeps the stud square to the surface for predictable torque transfer.
The combined effect is high torsional and pull-out strength on materials — carbon-fiber vehicle bodies, glass curtain walls, medical housings — where drilling or riveting would crack or delaminate the substrate. Like all bonding studs, it installs non-destructively, protecting the part while giving a dependable, reusable anchor that meets the demands of extreme operating conditions.
