Product Description

Each pin is through-hardened, centerless-ground and end-chamfered to deliver a consistent m6 tolerance across the whole batch. Consistent diameter is what makes dowel pins work: a slightly press fit into one part and a sliding fit in the other creates a repeatable location that survives thousands of assembly and disassembly cycles without wear or play.

Pins are available in plain, through-hardened and stainless versions, with optional lubrication grooves for interference-fit installations and custom lengths. Batch diameter consistency is verified by statistical inspection, so fixtures built years apart still interchange.
