PVD Black Cosmetic Pan Head Screws with CD Pattern
PVD coating is applied in a vacuum chamber, forming a dense, adherent ceramic-metallic film on the screw surface. Unlike spray paints or dyed anodizing, PVD does not chip, flake or fade, and its color is consistent from batch to batch — critical for exposed fasteners on premium products.
The machined CD (circular-drawn) pattern on the head face breaks up reflections and gives the exposed screw a deliberate, jewelry-like texture. Combined with a consistent pan head geometry, the screw reads as a design element rather than a hardware detail, and batch-to-batch appearance remains uniform even across large production runs.
Targeted at smartphones, laptops and wearables, premium audio equipment, smart-home devices, drones and any consumer or industrial product where exposed screws contribute to the perceived quality of the enclosure.
