Standard fastener samples (up to 50 pieces per type) are free of charge. We only charge for the shipping cost. For custom samples, a small tooling/processing fee may apply, which will be fully refunded when you place a bulk order (minimum order quantity: 10,000 pieces for standard fasteners, 5,000 pieces for custom fasteners).

Standard samples are typically shipped within 1-3 business days after request confirmation. Custom samples may take 5-7 business days depending on complexity and material availability. International delivery time is 3-5 business days via express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and 7-10 business days via air freight for larger sample quantities.

We offer samples in stainless steel (304, 316, 316L), carbon steel (grade 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9), alloy steel, brass (C36000, C37700), aluminum (6061, 6063), titanium (Gr2, Gr5), and copper. Available finishes include zinc-plated (blue/yellow/black), nickel-plated, chrome-plated, passivated, galvanized (hot-dip/electro), powder coating, and PTFE coating.

Yes, we provide samples specifically prepared for various testing requirements, including tensile strength, yield strength, hardness (HV/HRC), elongation, corrosion resistance (salt spray test up to 1000 hours), torque testing, and dimensional accuracy verification. We can also provide certification documentation such as RoHS, REACH, ISO 9001, and material certificates (Mill Test Reports) as needed.
