To provide an accurate quotation, we need your technical drawings (2D/3D), material specifications (type, grade), surface finish requirements, quantity (prototype and mass production), delivery time, and application details. Additional information such as industry standards, testing requirements, and packaging specifications will also help us better understand your needs.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom fasteners is 5,000 pieces for mass production. For prototype samples, we accept small quantities (1-100 pieces) with a small tooling fee, which will be fully refunded when you place a bulk order exceeding 100,000 pieces. We also offer flexible MOQ for long-term cooperation partners.

Prototype samples: 3-5 business days after drawing confirmation. Small batch production (5,000-50,000 pieces): 7-10 business days. Large batch production (50,000+ pieces): 10-15 business days. For complex custom fasteners requiring special tooling, the lead time may be extended by 2-3 days for tooling manufacturing. We offer expedited production for urgent orders with a small surcharge.
