Product Overview
This product is a stainless steel double stack self-locking washer complying with the DIN25201 standard, precision-manufactured from 304 stainless steel. The washer is composed of two independent upper and lower elastic washers stacked together, and each washer is equipped with mutually misplaced radial protrusions (or serrations). Under the action of bolt preload, the protruding tooth surfaces of the two washers engage with each other and embed into the surface of the connected parts. At the same time, their elastic deformation generates continuous axial tension. Through the dual effects of mechanical locking and elastic compensation, an excellent anti-loosening effect is achieved, especially suitable for harsh working conditions subject to strong vibration or impact loads.
