This product is a multi-tooth anti-looseness sun washer complying with GB/T9160.2 standard, manufactured from high-quality steel and subjected to blue and white zinc plated surface treatment. The washer is sunflower-shaped, with multiple circles of small external teeth and internal teeth distributed radially. During installation, the external teeth of the washer will bite into the contact surface of the bearing housing or shell, and the internal teeth will bite into the end face of the shaft shoulder or lock nut. A strong anti-rotation resistance is formed through the mechanical engagement effect of the multi-tooth, which effectively prevents the bearing from loosening due to vibration or rotation during operation.
