This product is a hexagon socket cone point (sharp point) set screw complying with GB78 standard, manufactured from 45H (medium carbon steel) material and heat-treated to achieve ultra-high strength of Grade 12.9, with black oxide surface treatment. Its sharp conical tip can be effectively embedded into the surface of the fastened part, providing extremely strong anti-vibration and anti-loosening capabilities. Two tolerance grades are available: Grade B (general) and Grade A (precision), to meet the high-strength locking needs of different precision assembly scenarios.
