Waterproof Fastening for Outdoor Telecom and 5G Cabinet Hardware
A 5G cabinet lives outdoors for 15+ years through monsoon, coastal salt fog and daily thermal swings that pump humidity through every joint. Its fasteners do more mechanical work than any indoor equivalent.
Three failure modes to design out
First, seal relaxation: thermal cycling walks screws loose and gaskets take a set — prevailing-torque screws plus compression stops hold the window.
