Testing is where a fastener design either earns its place in the bill of materials or fails before the customer ever sees it. Our laboratory is recognised by third parties and runs on testing equipment we develop in-house, which shortens turnaround and lets us verify R&D assumptions early instead of discovering problems at pilot production.
We test both the things that are easy to measure — dimensions, hardness, material composition — and the ones that decide field reliability: friction behaviour in the joint, corrosion resistance, solderability for reflow assembly, and long-term weathering. Reports are written so that a design engineer can act on them immediately.
