MORE THAN A STORE · A TECHNICAL PARTNER

From part selection and surface finishing
to packaging and delivery — engineered end to end

We are backed by Shenzhen Toprecision Technology Co., Ltd. and have specialised in the development and manufacture of precision fasteners for more than 20 years. Unlike a pure marketplace, our sales team works directly with engineers, process engineers and packaging engineers, so on top of standard parts we can offer custom packaging, custom surface finishes and engineer-led part selection — shortening your development cycle and cutting the cost of trial and error.

Custom packaging

Standardised delivery support for OEMs, brands and export orders

Standard SKUs ship bulk-packed or bagged in neutral packaging by default. For brand owners, OEM customers and export orders we can re-pack to your specification, so parts go straight to your line or warehouse without a second handling step.

What can be customised

Neutral packaging (no manufacturer name) Customer labels / barcodes Logo printing Inner boxes / cartons / outer cases Rust-preventive VCI packaging Moisture-barrier foil bags Counted, fixed-quantity packs Kitting by workstation / BOM
Fixed-quantity packing

Packed to your BOM or workstation requirement (for example 50 / 100 / 500 pieces per bag), removing weighing steps on the line.

Labels and barcodes

Customer part-number barcodes, lot numbers, production dates and RoHS marks, ready for scanning into your ERP / WMS.

Export packaging

VCI rust-preventive bags, moisture-barrier foil, fumigated wooden cases and standard export cartons for long sea or air freight.

Typical use cases

1) Brand owners relabelling for resale; 2) OEM customers feeding a production line directly; 3) export trading orders; 4) outdoor, marine or high-humidity products where moisture and rust protection matter.

Custom surface finishes

Corrosion protection, conductivity, locking and appearance to suit the application

Catalogue parts come with a plain finish, or with standard black oxide or zinc plating. For automotive, new energy, outdoor, marine or conductive electronics applications we can change the finish on standard parts, or apply a special coating to your specification.

Common finish options

Zinc plating (blue-white / yellow / black) Nickel / electroless nickel Dacromet Geomet Anodising (aluminium) PVD / DLC coating Black oxide Copper plating Silver / gold plating (conductive) PTFE coating Rust-preventive oil / wax
Corrosion protection

Chassis, outdoor luminaires, telecom base stations: Dacromet, Geomet or trivalent zinc, 240–1000 h salt spray.

Conductive / grounding

EMS shielding and equipment grounding: nickel or copper plating, conductive conversion coating, controlled contact resistance.

Locking / anti-loosening

Vibration environments: nylon patches, threadlocking adhesive dots, pre-applied encapsulated adhesive.

Notes

Special finishes involve subcontracting or line changeover and typically need 7–15 working days for samples or volume. Please note the exact application conditions in your RFQ (salt spray requirement, conductivity, colour, mating material) and we will recommend the most economical option.

Engineer-led part selection

No guessing — you talk to an engineer

If you have found a part number in a McMaster or MISUMI catalogue but are unsure whether it can be replaced, or you are not sure which screw to use in a robot joint, a liquid-cooled server or a battery pack, our engineers can select it for you, drawing on 20+ years of manufacturing experience.

How we can help

Import substitution

Domestic equivalents for McMaster, Hellermann, Keensert, HeliCoil and similar imports, with a specification cross-reference table.

Application-based selection

Material (titanium / aluminium / stainless / alloy steel) and finish recommended for your vibration, temperature, salt spray, weight and conductivity conditions.

Drawing conversion

Send a drawing or 3D model; our engineers assess feasibility and come back with lead time and price, plus a first-article sample where needed.

How it works

1Send your requirementApplication conditions, drawings, target part number or expected quantity via RFQ, email or WeChat
2Engineering reviewSelection advice, alternative part numbers and lead time within 24 hours
3Samples / first articleSamples or first articles where needed, to confirm dimensions and finish
4Volume deliveryProduction, packing to your specification, after-sales follow-up and lot traceability
